At The Pompomery, we hope you love your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we may accept returns on eligible items.

Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Cut Lengths

As all of our trims are cut to order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns:

  • If the trim has been cut by you
  • On Custom orders

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at: info@thepompomery.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos where possible

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
